I wrote a blog post a while ago where I declared that ideas us the “coin of the realm” in the modern business.
If that’s true, then trust is the bank.
Nothing happens without trust. If you heard a great idea from someone you didn’t trust you’d never give it a second thought.
The opposite is true.
So what can be done to increase trust? You can’t buy trust it must be given.
You can sell trust it must be earned.
