I’ve had a recurring issue for the last few years. I get bursitis in my wrist. Happens to a lot of people.
When it flares up, The fix to ice and isolate the joint for a while. Give the body a chance to heal.
I’m in one of those cycles right now. The thing is I’ve been in one for a few weeks. I’ve just been ignoring it.
So I do more damage by ignoring the obvious and here is the lesson: knowing when to stop and heal.
