I’d like to share a part of my life for the past year. It’s become meaningful but it’s not for everyone.

It’s intense and scary.

About 18 months ago I was introduced to the Warrior Movement and it’s founder Garrett J. White.

Summed up, Warrior, is a self help, self development program that seeks to cover the entire life of a man.

A lot of “systems” cover one or two of major pieces: body, being, balance, and business. The Warrior approach is to holistically build a man’s life by addressing all major areas.

And it works. I’ve lived, for the most part, the Warrior life. I’ve engaged in several aspects and found them beneficial. Im better than I was.

The thing is, it’s not for everyone. The movement can be overwhelming at first. We do some weird things but the system works.

If you feel that you are stuck in your development I encourage you to look into this.
