Yesterday I posed about how to use your phone to organize your life. You have no reason to not be organized.

Except maybe you do.

Staring at your phone isn’t great for you. I showed that yesterday. Maybe staring at your phone isn’t good at all.

The post tonight is from a guy who admitted his phone addition and then did something about it. I agree with him. There needs to be a balance.

When I was a kid the whole “screen time” debate was settled with “it’s make you go blind” among other teenage distractions.

Put the phone done once in a while. Try to see the world beyond the screen and life through the eyes of someone who’s engaged and present.
